Simply waking

As with old poet ,I keep waking
From a sleep I fear fate unfolds.

I am just waking to conversation
Between body sleep and waking

In sea-saw ‘tween sleep and life
As a sleep is half-death, half-life

And fate unfolds as I am at sleep
And sleep unfolds as fate wakes.

All the while sleep watches fate
And a fate looks sleep in its face.

Sleep is life yet waking from fate
As fate sleeps in the mind’s back.
