I eat cumin powder in small quantities
And in stomach I become spontaneous.
Outside stomach is no noise – pollution,
Only a silence several times magnified.

Street dog wishes to sleep late into day
After midnight’s yowling, snout- loose,
A bundle of darkness in shadow of tree,
Its darkness silk soft like no street light.

I and dog wish to turn spontaneous like
Stars in the black sky ,in small quantities
Of light , silky soft above our black roof.
We eat their starlight in small quantities
To be spontaneous, our shadows silk soft.
